We love our products and want you to make a conscious decision to buy our blazers. We don't believe in the madness of fast-fashion, fast-ordering and thoughtless returns. Please think about whether you want our products and order them consciously. Please read the size chart very carefully.

You have the right to cancel and withdrawal this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

Please note that we offer no free returns. Therefore you have to cover for the return costs and can choose the parcel service that works best for you (but we highly recommend trackable shipping). Especially from outside EU, costs maybe high.

To return the blazers, please include the invoice or a note with your name and order number with the blazer when you send it back to us. This way we can make sure we can match the blazer with an order to it. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to inform us (Alexander Quick Einzelunternehmen, Lameystr. 18, 68165 Mannheim Tel.: +49 176 20536584 Email: info@acquattitude.com) with a declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, call, SMS, WhatsApp message or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

We highly recommend secured, trackable shipping. Acquattitude can´t be held responsible for any return custom charges made or damaged/lost goods.

Please make sure that you markcomplete the return form, and attach it to the package. In this way, you ensure that your return can be correctly allocated in our warehouse.

• Get information about the required documents needed for returning goods to the EU.
• Ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
• Please send all ordered items in the same shipment so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
• Clearly mark the parcel with „return“ on the outside of the parcel.

Implications of your withdrawal and cancellation

After we have received and checked your returned blazer, you will receive the refund (including shipping). If you are looking for another model or size please place a new order.

If you withdrawal and cancel your contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal and cancellation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same way of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; we will charge you no fees for the refund. We may refuse refund until we have received the goods back.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation and withdrawal of this contract. Please mind, that you pay the the direct costs for returning the goods to our hands - we do not offer free returns. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
