WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

We have a very strong quality control and all items are checked thoroughly for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Our orders are shipped from Germany with our partner DHL. Shop confidently knowing for sure that shipping, returns and exchanges are easy backed-up with our customer support.

All orders are packed with care and handed over to DHL within 1-2 business days. For payment in advance, your order will be shipped after the full invoice amount has been received. Business days are Monday to Friday. To certain island delivery may take an additional day. For the estimated time of delivery please check following information:

If you are waiting longer than the indicated delivery time below, just send us a message with your request and please do not contact your credit card issuer regarding a chargeback because this leads to additional fees. We do not cover these fees. We offer an outstanding customer service and care about all requests. Do not worry!

We depend on external shipping company DHL - delays may occur and may differ due to customs clearance in the country of destination. This varies from 2 days up to 40 days. No joke! In average, overseas orders are ready for clearance and transit to the country of destination within a 5-7 days period after confirmation of order.

Further delays may also occur regarding low air cargo capacities of DHL due to Covid19 or the terrible war in Ukraine etc.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail, in which you can find a link with your DHL-tracking number that takes you directly to DHL.com providing you with real-time delivery status information.

All Acquattitude orders in transit are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once your order has been delivered to the delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. 

Please note: When your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or give a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

TAXES & DUTIES

Within the EU, there are no customs or import charges for shipping. Deliveries to non-EU countries incur additional custom charges, taxes and fees - Acquattitude do not guarantee customs duties and sales taxes are included. UK BREXIT NOTICE (UNITED KINGDOM)

Due to strict regulations at UK-customs, please note that delivery may take up to 7 working days. Deliveries to the United Kingdom are shipped Duties Delivery Paid. Purchase price is total price and no further costs will be incurred.

US DDP REGULATION

Effective immediately, the $800 De-Minimis threshold for duty-free entry into the US has been suspended for commercial shipments like yours since August 2025. This means that import duties are now required for your package upfront. We will contact you by mail or you are asked within the ordering process on our website.

To manage this smoothly and guarantee that you receive your parcel without being contacted by customs or having to pay any fees locally, we are taking care of these duties and all necessary customs paperwork on your behalf. 

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for US Customs means we as the seller handle all costs, including export/import clearance, duties, and taxes, until the goods are delivered and ready for you, the buyer, to receive in the US.
