WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

We have a very strong quality control and all items are checked thoroughly for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Our orders are shipped from Germany with our partner DHL. Shop confidently knowing for sure that shipping, returns and exchanges are easy backed-up with our customer support.

All orders are packed with care and handed over to DHL within 1-2 business days. For payment in advance, your order will be shipped after the full invoice amount has been received. Business days are Monday to Friday. To certain island delivery may take an additional day. For the estimated time of delivery please check following information:

We depend on external shipping company DHL - delays may occur and may differ due to customs clearance in the country of destination.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail, in which you can find a link with your DHL-tracking number that takes you directly to DHL.com providing you with real-time delivery status information.



INSURANCE

All Acquattitude orders in transit are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once your order has been delivered to the delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. 

Please note: When your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or give a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Within the EU, there are no customs or import charges for shipping. Deliveries to non-EU countries incur additional custom charges, taxes and fees - Acquattitude do not guarantee customs duties and sales taxes are included. UK BREXIT NOTICE (UNITED KINGDOM)

Due to strict regulations at UK-customs, please note that delivery may take up to 7 working days. Deliveries to the United Kingdom are shipped Duties Delivery Paid. Purchase price is total price and no further costs will be incurred.

 

RETURNS

We love our products and want you to make a conscious decision to buy our blazers. We don't believe in the madness of fast-fashion, fast-ordering and thoughtless returns. Please think about whether you want our products and order them consciously. Please read the size chart very carefully.

If you receive a blazer that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. We offer a 30-days right to return.

Please note that we offer no free returns. Therefore you have to cover for the return costs and can choose the parcel service that works best for you (but we highly recommend trackable shipping).

Returned blazers should be sent back to us unused, unworn in the original condition ideally in the original packaging. Blazers should be returned new. Returned blazers that are worn, used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Please complete the return form, and attach it to the package. In this way, you ensure that your return can be correctly allocated in our warehouse.

  • Get information about the required documents needed for returning goods to the EU.
  • Ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.
  • Place the invoice on the outside of your parcel.
  • Please send all ordered items in the same shipment so that we can process the return as quickly as possible.
  • Clearly mark the parcel with „return“ on the outside of the parcel.
  • We highly recommend secured, trackable shipping.
  • Acquattitude can´t be held responsible for any return custom charges made or damaged/lost goods.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

 

Returns for German customers

For legal reasons we offer free returns only for Germany orders and domestic customers. Please use the attached return label and ensure that you are given a proof of posting when handing over the package.

You can send the unworn und originally boxed items back to the following address within 30 days after delivery:

Please add the invoice and write "return" on the outside.

After we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund (excluding shipping). If you are looking for another model or size please place a new order.
